Sales Executive


Job Description

We are looking out for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the mining industry in India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve targets and objectives in the mining and infrastructure sector.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Digital Solution and Services related to the mining sector and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  5. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  6. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
  7. Sales Reporting: Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.


  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Prior experience of 3-4 years in sales roles.
  3. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent negotiation skills, and ability to close deals effectively.
  4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  5. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
  6. Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and exceed expectations.
  7. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.

NB: Good understanding of the mining industry, including knowledge of key players, market dynamics, and trends would be preferred.
